Bangalore Pub, Humboldt 1416

Posted by Cool Your Jets IV on January 23, 2011

Owned by the same guys that run Gibraltar in San Telmo, is this very English looking Pub, serving Curry.

We’re yet to try one of their curries though the bar itself really is a based on a traditional UK boozer – reminded me a little bit of the Hermits Cave in Camberwell, minus a decent a pint of Shrimpers! Beer is served in proper pint glasses (just like Gibraltar,) they also serve a very agreeable jug of Gin & Tonic for about $40ish pesos.

Will report back once we’ve eaten…

Skool Dinners!

Posted by Cool Your Jets IV on January 22, 2011

After lessons on Friday (and Sabine finishing up) our group, plus several other students headed to el Desnivel for lunch.

A great afternoon ensued with a number of us ending up in Gibralter – a great English style pub in the heart of San Telmo.
